Membership & payment
Membership & payment
Both options include the same learning features. Monthly is billed at 9,49 € each month. Annual is billed at 67,99 € for 12 months, which is about 5,67 € per month and 40% less than paying monthly.
Monthly memberships continue until cancelled. The Annual membership has an initial 12-month term; if it is not cancelled, the contract then continues for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at any time with no more than one month’s notice. Your actual next billing date and effective contract dates must come from the subscription system.
Cancellation is separate from deleting your account. Use the membership area or the public “Abo kündigen” link; the cancellation flow must show the effective cancellation date before final confirmation. During the initial Annual term, the contractual earliest end date applies; after that term the continued contract can be cancelled with no more than one month’s notice.
Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal. Checkout shows only the payment methods that are actually enabled and available to you. Never send card numbers, CVC codes or passwords through support.
Founding members keep their original price while the membership continues without interruption. New prices apply to new memberships; existing subscriptions remain on their existing price.
No. LTS does not offer a free trial or a voluntary money-back guarantee. Before subscribing, visitors can use a limited preview with a story excerpt, a short audio excerpt and 1–2 example exercises; it is not a complete story and has no PDF or MP3 downloads. The statutory withdrawal right is separate and is not a free trial.
We notify the member by email and the payment provider can retry the payment. Access continues for 7 days while payment details are updated; after that paid content is locked, but learning data remains.
Paid access continues until the effective cancellation date shown in the cancellation confirmation. Cancelling does not delete your account or learning progress. Account deletion is a separate action.
Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract. This is not a free trial. PDF and MP3 downloads use a separate one-time consent flow if you want immediate download access before that period ends; this does not mean the entire subscription automatically loses its withdrawal right.
